About Qualy Coaching

Qualy coaching is owned by Delliah Shaffer , a certified Results Coach, Recovery Coach, L1 Mind Mentor and Quality Mind AI Organisational Systems Coach.

Delliah holds degrees in Psychology, Biology, Epidemiology, and is currently studying a diploma in Community Services. Delliah has work experience across 2 countries (Australia and Canada) and 2 industries (17 years as an evidence-based medicine analyst in the pharmaceutical industry; 9 years in the aged care industry, including owning a small, aged care services agency for 7 years). Also, being a mum, Delliah is well-versed in navigating health and aged care systems, and knows the community services referrals that can improve wellbeing, in many workplace and family scenarios.

What we believe about human flourishing

The Foundation of Our Programs

We have made extraordinary material gains as a humanity. But we are unacceptably behind in our spiritual and emotional evolution. That gap is not an accident — it is a design flaw in the systems we built when we were in survival mode.

The good news is that design flaws can be redesigned and in the meantime strategic work-arounds can be used to achieve spiritual balance for a more meaningful, stress-free, enjoyable life.

We are 50% material, 50% spiritual

We are bones, skin and tissue (material make up) - without the lifeforce in us (spiritual make up). We think of our lifeforce, as a ray from the Universal Lifeforce - the essence or void that envelopes the universe and everything in it. This is lent to us to have, nurture and express during our lifetime. The lifeforce in each of us bakes a unique subset of virtues, values and boundaries into us. Our productivity system, including our education system that feeds it, systematically teaches us to ignore the lifeforce in us, to serve our societal systems built from survival mode.

Both halves deserve equal time, space, and systemic support. A life honouring mainly the material half of us, is a life half-lived.

Considering statistics that 90% of illnesses are stress-related, we need to confront the possibility that unlived-life may be a more efficient way forward to handle modern dis-eases. Work-life balance has been unachievable for the masses. Our programs are designed to Increasing spiritual productivity to achieve both the material and spiritual incomes we desire, and redesigning our productivity system for this. This intentional move toward 50% material and 50% spiritual balance, is for individuals and organisations wanting to evolve.

Survival mode is not a personality

Anxiety, overproductivity, and disconnection are symptoms of broken systems — not character flaws to overcome alone.

Productivity and growth is not about materiality

Output is not only money, marriages and children.

Optimism, peace, fun, unconditional love, collaboration, patience, friendliness and presence are real outputs.

Catching up on our emotional and spiritual growth also means organisations, communities and families fully understand the concept of empathy as oneness - we all have a lifeforce inside us, that is connected to the Universal Lifeforce - we are each connected to the same source of human spirit. It means we are long-term producing what matters in the right amounts, not overproducing or missing the mark in what we produce. We have over 100 brands of cereal yet many live homeless, how does that make "productivity sense?"

A year of life is measured by the quality of life, not just the time.

"Workers compensation claims are rising, and work is affording only the most essential material needs for many, yet taking up the majority of waking adult lives. Ultimately, dads and mums are not even finding time to create wonderful memories and share spiritual moments with their kids, and many long for system change".

At Qualy Coaching we understand this because we lived it. We struggled with our wholistic "success-pictures" for years to gain freedom from mortgages, gain meaningful part-time work in a productivity system that marginalises masses of perfectly-fine humans.

We searched widely for communities that feel safe and inclusive, and we lived through 5 major takeovers across 2 continents, working in private industry, franchise industry, and not-for-profit industry in health and social care sectors.

We lived the changes in the Australian aged care providers sector when government ceased the Home Care Package program, replacing it with the Support at Home Program, slashing revenue by over 70%. This forced even medium to large providers such as myHomecare Group to sell themselves to large providers (Australian Unity acquired myHomecare Group in March 2024), let alone the devastating effects on small providers. Many leaders and business owners in the aged care providers space lost their identity as caring leaders under the stress of that major system change. We studied the difference between those that lost their identities and those that didn't.

Overall, we have seen the toxic and devastating effects that transactional social contracts - on which our productivity systems are built - have had on colleagues each and every year - and our coaches have experienced workplace bullying and toxic handling takeovers and system changes. We know first hand the risk of long term marginalisation from the workforce after these incidents, and the decrease in quality of life.

We help organisations navigate system change, We help organisations create visions for how they can be productive + advance the emotional and spiritual evolution of humanity - we help solve the profit & loss puzzle, and business structure decisions, that need to be handled to support serious system change.
