Why did we create a business to help people measure success based on how often they smile, and how safe and calm they feel?

I worked for years using expensive utility scales and clinical trials to measure the quality of life of patients treated with pharmaceutical medicines. These tools are not useable by most of humanity. This is why we chose mental fitness skills and simple measures as the ultimate measure of quality of life. Smiling is a sign that a person feels safe to live by the virtues, values and boundaries that are baked into each of us, and in a way that is aligned with their personal inner-vision of success.

About Qualy Coaching

Qualy coaching is owned by Delliah Shaffer , a certified Results Coach, Recovery Coach, L1 Mind Mentor and Quality Mind AI Organisational Systems Adviser.

Delliah holds degrees in Psychology, Biology, Epidemiology, and a Community Services part-diploma. Delliah has work experience across 2 countries (Australia and Canada) and 2 industries (17 years as an evidence-based medicine analyst in the pharmaceutical industry; 9 years in the aged care industry, including owning a small, aged care services agency for 7 years). Also, being a mum, Delliah is well-versed in navigating health and aged care systems, and knows the community services referrals that can improve wellbeing, in many workplace and family scenarios.

What we believe about human flourishing

The Foundation of Our Programs

We have made extraordinary material gains as a humanity. But we are unacceptably behind in our spiritual and emotional evolution. That gap is not an accident — it is a design flaw in the systems we built when we were in survival mode.

The good news is that design flaws can be redesigned and AI-systems are part of this change. i

We are half material, half spiritual

The lifeforce in each of us bakes a unique set of virtues, values and boundaries into us. Without this light (our spiritual part), we are merely bones, skin and tissue (material part).

A life honouring mainly the material half of us, is a life half-lived.

Considering statistics that 90% of illnesses are stress-related, we need to confront the unlived-life that many people suppress, due to humanity's material growth outpacing emotional and spiritual growth too much. Our programs are designed to increase spiritual productivity within our lives and our productivity system. Individuals and organisations who want to evolve will need to choose intentional focus on material vs spiritual incomes.

Survival mode is not a personality

Anxiety, overproductivity, and disconnection are symptoms of broken systems — not character flaws to overcome alone.

Productivity and growth is no longer about materiality

Optimism, peace, enjoyment, unconditional love, collaboration, patience, friendliness, presence and controlled breath patters are real outputs.

We have over 100 brands of cereal yet many live homeless, how does that make "productivity" sense? A year of life is measured by the quality of life, not just the time.
